Founded in 1963, the Nautical Inn Resort was Lake Havasu's first resort/hotel - is older than the formal creation of Lake Havasu City itself. Having provided the perfect vacation spot for countless politicians and celebrities over the years, the Nautical has also undergone several renovations and expansions, the most recent of which was the expansion of the infamous Naked Turtle Beach Bar. Currently, the Nautical is preparing to build another 30-suite building on the site of the old Tiki Terrace that will include 4 new, spacious deluxe suites.
